Role Overview
Provide strategic legal guidance ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and seamless operations across international borders. Draft contracts, manage corporate governance, and safeguard intellectual property for Microsoft consulting projects. Thrive in a dynamic remote environment handling complex cross-jurisdictional challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, freelancers, and partners.
- Advise on corporate governance, employment law, and international transactions.
- Manage IP protection, data privacy (GDPR / DSGVO), and cybersecurity compliance.
- Oversee dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory liaison.
- Monitor legislative changes impacting DACH and European operations.
