Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday schedule, approximately 7am-4pm Central Time with an hour unpaid break
  • 40 hours per week

Scope :

  • Direct reporting relationship with business leadership
  • Cross-functional role spanning executive support, marketing, sales, and administration
  • Opportunity for growth as the organization builds out specialized departmental roles
  • Remote work arrangement with dedicated support and management structure
  • Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive schedule, priorities, and daily task coordination
  • Create marketing collateral, documents, and materials to support campaigns
  • Implement marketing strategies by developing specific actions (text messaging, emails, PDFs)
  • Translate conceptualized strategies into formal, distributable documents
  • Support sales process implementation and customer phone interactions
  • Build and maintain organizational documentation and workflow systems
  • Provide administrative support across operations, sales, and marketing functions
  • Work directly with leadership to execute strategic initiatives
  • Help prioritize executive time and ensure critical tasks are completed
  • Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with document creation and marketing material development
  • Ability to take strategic direction and translate into actionable plans
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and communication platforms
  • Customer service and phone interaction experience
