Operation & Maintenance Personnel (Waste Water Treatment Plant)

Operates and maintains equipment, monitors and adjusts treatment processes, performs laboratory tests to ensure water quality, and ensures compliance with environmental regulations. Key duties include inspecting and repairing pumps and valves, managing chemical levels, collecting and analyzing samples, and maintaining operational records. The role requires knowledge of chemistry, mechanical systems, and safety procedures.

QUALIFICATION :

• Technical / vocational certificate or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronic Technology, Mechanical Technology or related field; or engineering graduate (preferred)
• Relevant experience (1-3 years or more) in wastewater or water treatment plant operations / maintenance is preferred
• Basic mechanical, electrical and instrumentation knowledge (motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation)
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is an advantage.
