What You’ll Do :

Handle calls, emails, or chats from customers

Provide accurate information & solutions

Ensure a positive customer experience

Document and follow up on customer concerns

Qualifications :

At least HS Grad (Old Curriculum) / SHS Grad with or without BPO Experience.

Strong English communication skills

Flexible with schedules
