About the Role

As the Procurement & Corporate Services Lead, you will manage the operational backbone of our venture studio. This role ensures smooth office operations, efficient procurement and vendor management, and effective coordination of corporate services that support both the studio and its portfolio ventures. The candidate will work closely with leadership, shared services, and project teams to maintain a well-organized and cost-effective operating environment—while providing administrative and logistical support to our startup ventures from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and Corporate Services

Oversee day-to-day office administration, logistics, and facilities management

  • Maintain company records, permits, and compliance with corporate and government requirements
  • Support coordination of meetings, events, and travel for management and teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow across departments and studio ventures
  • Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and controls

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best value and quality
  • Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor contracts
  • Track and maintain inventories, office supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and budget policies
  • Support to Studio Ventures
  • Provide administrative, logistical, or procurement support to portfolio startups as needed

  • Assist venture teams in setting up operations, sourcing vendors, and managing compliance
  • Coordinate shared services and resources across ventures
  • Participate in cross-functional studio initiatives that strengthen venture operations
  • Any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

  • Lead and supervise admin and support staff

  • Develop internal policies for operations and procurement
  • Prepare regular reports on admin, procurement, and compliance performance
  • Promote efficiency, accountability, and collaboration
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, procurement, or corporate services, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with ERP or productivity tools
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
