About the Role
As the Procurement & Corporate Services Lead, you will manage the operational backbone of our venture studio. This role ensures smooth office operations, efficient procurement and vendor management, and effective coordination of corporate services that support both the studio and its portfolio ventures. The candidate will work closely with leadership, shared services, and project teams to maintain a well-organized and cost-effective operating environment—while providing administrative and logistical support to our startup ventures from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and Corporate Services
Oversee day-to-day office administration, logistics, and facilities management
Maintain company records, permits, and compliance with corporate and government requirementsSupport coordination of meetings, events, and travel for management and teamsEnsure smooth communication and information flow across departments and studio venturesProcurement and Vendor ManagementDevelop and implement procurement strategies and controls
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best value and qualityManage purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor contractsTrack and maintain inventories, office supplies, and equipmentEnsure compliance with procurement and budget policiesSupport to Studio VenturesProvide administrative, logistical, or procurement support to portfolio startups as needed
Assist venture teams in setting up operations, sourcing vendors, and managing complianceCoordinate shared services and resources across venturesParticipate in cross-functional studio initiatives that strengthen venture operationsAny other related duties and responsibilities that may be assignedLeadership and CoordinationLead and supervise admin and support staff
Develop internal policies for operations and procurementPrepare regular reports on admin, procurement, and compliance performancePromote efficiency, accountability, and collaborationQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in administration, procurement, or corporate services, preferably in startups or fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and complianceExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with ERP or productivity toolsHands-on, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionWhat We Offer
