The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive online growth. This role involves producing engaging content, managing platforms, tracking analytics, and staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for different platforms
Monitor online conversations, respond to comments / messages, and manage community interactions
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage social media ad campaigns, budgets, and targeting strategies
Stay updated on emerging platforms, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven 3+ years of experience as social media manager or digital marketing
Strong copywriting, editing, content creation, and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
