Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy details, and claims processing.
Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
Participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and skills.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years completed in college.
1 year of BPO experience in a customer service or similar role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary Package : ₱18,000 – ₱21,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
