They specialize in advanced projects, including  training AI models  and building cutting-edge  LLM applications . Their mission is to build a world-class team to make a significant global impact. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a hands-on  Tech Lead  to join their leadership team.

Core Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex software projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project scope, objectives, and realistic timelines.
• Implement and maintain high-quality, scalable codebases using  Typescript  and  React , adhering to all software development best practices.
• Utilize modern project management tools, such as  Linear , to effectively track progress, manage development tasks, and facilitate team-wide collaboration.
• Lead by example by conducting thorough  code reviews ,  mentoring junior developers , and driving the continuous improvement of the team's development processes.
• Research and champion new technology trends and best practices to continuously enhance the team's capabilities.
• Work primarily in a remote setting, with the requirement to visit the  Makati office once a month  for team meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities.
