Job descriptionReview and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance. Process and code invoices for payment in the accounting system. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues. Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records. Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any billing issues. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualification :
- At least 1 year experience in accounting or accounts payable.
- Degree in accounting or finance.
