Farm Production Manager

Job description

Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Implement and maintain efficient production processes and procedures.

Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and supplies.

Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.

Coordinate with other farm departments to ensure smooth operations.

Implement and enforce safety and biosecurity protocols.

Maintain production records and reports.

Supervise production staff.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or a related field.

Experience in farm production management.

Minimum of 5+ years of farm production management experience required.

Strong knowledge of agricultural production processes.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of safety and biosecurity regulations

Swine production experience is specifically required.
