SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support space & occupancy planning and assist with space and utilization data analysis, CAD / CAFM system support and management, and reporting and interpretation of space planning metrics.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience in drafting. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Technological Skills
Intermediate skills to operate a computer using e-mail, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office software. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
AutoCAD drawing experience is required.
Familiarity with IWMS / CAFM administration particularly with Archibus is preferred.
Financial Knowledge
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Conducts basic financial analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and extremely organized with a proven ability to establish priorities and execute to achieve results.
