The Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll play a key role in driving Crescendo’s global GTM initiatives across EMEA and APAC .

You’ll focus on pipeline generation, regional prospecting, and measurable sales outcomes —helping expand Crescendo’s reach through strategic outreach and relationship building.

This is a sales-focused position (not marketing support) and will report directly to the US-based Sales Lead .

You’ll work closely with global teams to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients while showcasing Crescendo’s solutions to create lasting business impact.

What You’ll Do Prospect and nurture leads through social media, email, phone calls, and community channels .

Conduct both outbound cold calls and follow-ups on inbound leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified customer engagement strategy.

Meet and exceed monthly BDR targets , contributing to Crescendo’s regional and global sales performance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales tools to track engagement and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of B2B or inside sales experience , ideally within tech or SaaS environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with strong attention to email professionalism and tone .

Exceptional relationship-building and prospecting skills.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented , and comfortable performing outbound calls and follow-ups.

A proactive mindset and eagerness to collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-driven team.
