DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of online marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. By leveraging SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media, this role ensures the alignment of digital efforts with overall business objectives, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies across various online channels, including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and SEO experts to ensure content is on-brand and messaging is consistent across all digital platforms.
- Optimize website structure, content, and keyword use to improve organic search rankings, while enhancing the user experience and boosting conversion rates, especially for e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct research on keywords, analyze competitors, and monitor SEO performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Execute retargeting campaigns and cart abandonment strategies to recover sales and improve conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends by researching and testing new tools, channels, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring that collaborations align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Track and report on key metrics, including ROI and performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
- Develop and present new digital marketing ideas and strategies to the team and upper management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including expertise in SEO, content creation, social media, and paid campaigns.Strong ability to analyze data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating across departments.Knowledge of data privacy laws and how they affect digital marketing practices.Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships is a plus.
