FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of alternative investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, and digital assets.

• Build and maintain financial models to assess performance, risk, and return profiles.

• Support portfolio monitoring, including quarterly valuation reviews, performance attribution, benchmarking, and risk assessment.

• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, due diligence reports, and presentations for internal committees and external clients.

• Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers in evaluating fund managers, co-investments, and direct deals.

• Track and interpret market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments relevant to alternative assets.

• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements, including data gathering for SEC filings and client deliverables.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external managers/service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or progress toward CFA/CAIA preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in investment management, consulting, or financial analysis, with exposure to alternative investments.

• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; proficiency in Excel required.

• Experience with portfolio management systems, risk platforms, or data analytics tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment, Preqin) is a plus.

• Solid understanding of investment concepts such as IRR, MOIC, risk-adjusted return, liquidity analysis, and capital structures.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.

• Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
