Accounting Staff (Hybrid Setup)

Client Profile : This business was first founded in 2015 as a risk assessment firm in the Philippines. Risk assessment is a thorough and in-depth analysis of an organization's structure, procedures, technology, tactics, and personnel with the goal of detecting and evaluating possible hazards.

Position : Accounting Staff

Location : Makati City

Salary Offer : Php 30,000 - Php 40,000

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)

Work Set Up : Hybrid Setup

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

At least 5 years of experience in Accounting.

Experience handling multiple bank accounts is an advantage.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Amendable to attend Face to Face interview.

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.

Maintain and update the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Record, classify, and post financial transactions, including invoices and receipts.

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
