Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Budget Support 50%
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Track and reconcile budget spend, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Maintain department budget trackers, flagging variances and assisting with reporting.
Coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Marketing Coordination 30%
Serve as backup for the marketing blog program, including scheduling, content uploads, and coordinating with writers and reviewers.
Support asset management and file organization for marketing materials (i.e. Widen, Seismic, Claims and Testimonials).
Assist with simple reporting requests (budget updates).
Team Administrative Support 10%
Provide logistical and administrative support for product marketing team activities, meetings, etc.
Coordinate internal events such as team building sessions and professional development activities.
Assist with personal expense processing and travel arrangements for senior team members.
General Operations 10%
Maintain shared tools and records, ensuring information is organized and up to date.
Support special projects and ad hoc requests to keep the product marketing function running smoothly.
