Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (Saturday - half day)
Location : Brgy. Niugan, Angat, Bulacan
This role is responsible for enforcing company policies, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. It involves conducting investigations, coordinating disciplinary actions, and assisting with various administrative duties related to employee relations and HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist the ER Team Head in enforcing the Code of Discipline and Ethics, advising on HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations (e.g., DOLE).
- Serve as the Secretariat for administrative hearings and CODE Committee meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, memos, and case recommendations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, grievances, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, violations, or misconduct, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and proper documentation of disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and track the progression of disciplinary actions (e.g., coaching, warnings, terminations), and assist with payroll advice for suspended employees, while supporting other HR administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in Labor Relations or Employee Relations.Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices, including local regulations (e.g., DOLE).Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in the logistics and trucking industry is preferred.
