Position Summary :
The Kitchen Manager leads kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and cost control in a high-volume setting. This position offers an excellent leadership platform for experienced professionals committed to culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including staffing and workflow management
Maintain consistent food quality and timely service delivery
Train, coach, and evaluate kitchen personnel for ongoing performance improvement
Manage food cost, inventory, and purchasing to meet budget and financial goals
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
3 to 5 years managerial experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage costs without compromising quality
