Job Description :
Organizes and checks the edited proof list made by the team membersMonitors and checks the store layout preparedEnsures discrepancies in bar codes are 100% reported during the auditReviews initial inventory proof list to determine any unrecorded or missed itemsObserves store operations and report any violation in the policies and proceduresInspects all branch documents to determine if properly stored against access from unauthorized personsPrepares and prints initial inventory listEdits initial inventory list to record all items included before finalizing the reportInputs the correct quantity in scanning items and checks code description with the actual productReviews SOA (direct delivery, uncaptured delivery notes) and all copies of withdrawals (branch to branch and / or Warehouse / RG : bad and / or good stocks) Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree on any fieldPosition is open to fresh graduates, but related work experience in inventory and audit is an advantageFull-Time position(s) availableMust be willing to do frequent travel, render long hours, and overnight work when necessaryKnowledgeable in inventory count and audit is an advantage

a Certified Public Accountant. or Bachelor of Science in Internal Auditing and a Certified Internal Auditor or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Information Technology and a Certified Information System Auditor or Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Junior Auditor. With at least six (6) months work Senior Auditor.
