Head of Finance (Shared Services)

Reports to : CEO

Location : Makati

Overview :

The Head of Finance is responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership across all business units. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, manages risk, drives cost efficiency, and supports the CEO and leadership team in making informed decisions to achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all finance functions : accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support multiple businesses.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Provide regular financial reporting and insights to the CEO and management teams.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Partner with business heads to evaluate new projects, investments, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications :

CPA or CFA preferred, with at least 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and corporate governance.

Proven ability to manage shared services across multiple entities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

High integrity and ability to influence at executive level.
