Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management
• Background in center / store management, branch operations, or team leadership is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and close sales
• Experience in educational or training settings is a plus, but not required
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
