The Executive Director serves as the overall head of the institution, providing leadership across academic, administrative, and business functions. This role is accountable for ensuring the schools growth, sustainability, and fidelity to its mission and educational philosophy.
The Executive Director is also the key representative of the school in the community, responsible for cultivating a strong public image, securing financial resources, and fostering a unified, values-driven environment for students, staff, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard the integrity of the schools mission, vision, and educational philosophy.
- Lead long-term strategic planning and ensure effective implementation of annual programs and budgets.
- Drive financial sustainability, enrollment growth, and operational excellence.
- Build, develop, and lead a cohesive management team.
- Ensure effective board communications, timely reporting, and implementation of approved policies.
- Oversee fiscal accountability, HR policies, and legal compliance.
- Strengthen parent and community engagement while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Ensure the quality of communications, publications, and promotional efforts.
- Supervise campus facilities, safety, and IT needs.
- Support continuous staff development and formation within the institution.
Qualifications
