Responsibilities

• Perform technical investigation on the existing applications and platforms to understand the architecture
• Create the diagrams based on the assessment and discovery
• Upload and update entries in the client's enterprise architecture diagram repository
• Participate in working sessions / tech bridge calls with the customer for better communication and quick turn-around of requests
• Work closely with the Application Owners and Technical Team to ensure diagrams created are accurate
• Rotating Shift based on the expectation of the client (Morning, Afternoon, or Night shift)
