Continuously generate new business opportunities and establish strategic and sustainable project pipeline through (1) effective project identification and selection process, (2) diverse business approach / proposals, and innovative deal structures, and (3) excellent stakeholder and client management that would lead to open and acceptable arrangement for all parties. Leads / guides the business proposals (internal and external), submission and negotiation, and successful closing and award of projects. Ensures alignment with overall portfolio management by developing businesses in coordination with current and future Business Units, ensuring assumptions and plans are aligned, accurate, reasonable, executable. Leads a diverse and highly competent work force (direct and non-direct) that is well engaged, earnest, and eager to grow the company.
