Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
(Preferred) Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and managing teams
Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) is an advantage
Background in the same industry or market segment (e.g., FMCG, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.) preferred
