Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant (Property & Casualty)

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM PST (flexible)

40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities :

Process quoting, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and provide claims support.

Manage inbound / outbound calls, client communication, and policy documentation.

Deliver administrative support including CRM updates, scheduling, and data entry.

Requirements :

Active U.S. Property & Casualty Insurance License (California preferred; other states also acceptable).

Minimum 2 years of experience working with an insurance agency or as a licensed VA.

Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

MUST have prior experience scheduling caregivers in a healthcare or home care setting. Excellent verbal communication skills with clear English pronunciation and minimal accent. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Quick learner able to adapt to proprietary healthcare systems. Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset. Previous healthcare industry experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with WellSky is a plus.
