Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceed client requirements. Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs. Coordinates Brownstone Asia-Tech resources and technical support when necessary to best Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contribute to the business unit Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company.
