About the Role
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and achieving business objectives by developing and implementing effective brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and retail initiatives. This role requires strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end brand performance, from product lifecycle management to digital marketing and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company vision.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain brand identity through guidelines, messaging, and visual assets.
- Translate principals direction into localized brand objectives and strategies.
Product Management
Oversee product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch.Collaborate with merchandising on product assortments and pricing strategies.Manage promotions, pricing, and inventory for profitability.Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.Marketing & Promotions
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, in-store).Manage social media presence and engagement.Create compelling content and campaigns with marketing teams.Track and optimize campaign performance to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.Retail Operations
Ensure brand consistency across all distribution channels.Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards.Review store performance and identify areas for growth.Train and motivate sales teams for excellent customer experience.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, 7 years for Sr. Brand Manager preferably in retail .Proficient in MS Office Applications and social media platforms .Strong oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and executing initiatives successfully.
