CRM Process Consultant (Non-Executive and Executive)

Accenture in the Philippines is looking for a CRM Process Consultant who can help organizations leverage Salesforce and AI to create smarter, more connected customer experiences.

Overview of Work

Our Salesforce team supports global clients through design, technology, and strategy. This role involves translating business challenges into Salesforce + AI solutions across multiple clouds.

Levels & Experience

  • Level 11 – Experience 2-5 Years
  • Level 9 – Experience 5-9 Years
  • Level 7 – Experience 9-13 Years

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to translate business challenges into practical Salesforce plus AI solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, gather requirements, and design customer journeys that leverage data and automation.
  • Work with delivery teams to configure, test, and roll out multi‑cloud solutions across Service, Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
  • Present demos, insights, and recommendations that bring the story of Salesforce plus AI to life.
  • Support pre‑sales conversations, build proposals, and help estimate delivery effort.
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, best‑practice toolkits, and thought‑leadership pieces.
  • Lead discovery and design sessions to define the roadmap for multi‑cloud plus AI solutions.
  • Translate customer experience goals into Salesforce capabilities that span Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud or Industry cloud.
  • Design predictive and generative AI use cases – from personalized engagement to service automation.
  • Oversee implementation teams and ensure alignment between business design and technical delivery.
  • Support go‑to‑market efforts through client presentations, RFP responses, and demos.
  • Coach Analysts and Associates to develop their consulting and AI skills.
  • Define and lead large Salesforce multi‑cloud plus AI programs – from strategy and design to execution.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on digital vision, operating model, and measurable business impact.
  • Champion AI innovation – bringing AI, Data Cloud and automation accelerators into every engagement.
  • Govern global delivery programs across multiple markets.
  • Lead business development and thought‑leadership efforts for Salesforce plus AI in Accenture.
  • Mentor future leaders and shape a high‑performing consulting culture.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with Salesforce across one or more clouds.
  • Curiosity about AI – especially how AI and data‑driven automation can improve customer interactions.
  • Comfort leading workshops and turning business needs into user stories and process flows.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Good‑to‑have : familiarity with integrations (MuleSoft), ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP) and reporting (Tableau CRM, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its AI features.
  • Experience leading multi‑cloud programs – Service, Sales, Marketing, or Experience Cloud.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, clarify business goals, and drive consensus.
  • Exposure to data integration (MuleSoft, APIs), ERP (Oracle, SAP) and analytics tools (Tableau CRM, Power BI).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • A strong track record leading large‑scale, multi‑cloud Salesforce transformations.
  • Expertise in customer strategy, AI‑driven experience design, and digital architecture.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with integration, analytics, and automation tools.
  • A passion for innovation and developing talent.
  • Your Background

  • 2–5 years of Salesforce implementation or consulting experience in Sales / Service / Experience cloud or any industry cloud in the capacity of a BA.
  • Tier‑1 MBA is a must.
  • Salesforce Admin or Consultant certification required; AI a plus.
  • Strong communication, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • 5–9 years overall experience, with at least 3+ in Salesforce consulting.
  • Salesforce Consultant and AI certifications preferred.
  • 9+ years total experience, 8+ in Salesforce and AI consulting.
  • Delivered at least one global multi‑cloud plus AI program as program lead.
  • Solution Architect and AI certifications preferred.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy / Technology required.
