Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a busy real estate operation where your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact the smooth processing of thousands of property transactions. You’ll work remotely in a secure environment, handling critical transaction data and ensuring compliance standards are met. This role offers excellent exposure to real estate operations, from contract processing to document management, while working with a team that values efficiency and accuracy. The position provides growth potential and the chance to develop specialized skills in real estate transaction management within a supportive, technology-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Input comprehensive contract information including buyer details, seller information, contract dates, and transaction data into the company’s specialized transaction management system
  • Conduct thorough initial document compliance reviews of real estate contracts to verify all required initials and signatures are present
  • Cross-reference contracts against company checklists to ensure all proper documents are included and complete
  • Communicate professionally with real estate agents when documents are missing or incomplete, providing clear, specific feedback on required corrections
  • Process high volumes of transactions efficiently, especially during busy summer sales periods when activity peaks
  • Handle additional administrative tasks related to transaction processing and general office support as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive financial information including commission structures and agent payouts
  • Requirements

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written communication abilities for providing clear feedback to real estate professionals
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred, particularly in property management, transaction coordination, or related administrative roles
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on document compliance procedures and company-specific systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial information with complete discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with seasonal volume fluctuations
