Job Description

Responsibilities
Input comprehensive contract information including buyer details, seller information, contract dates, and transaction data into the company’s specialized transaction management systemConduct thorough initial document compliance reviews of real estate contracts to verify all required initials and signatures are presentCross-reference contracts against company checklists to ensure all proper documents are included and completeCommunicate professionally with real estate agents when documents are missing or incomplete, providing clear, specific feedback on required correctionsProcess high volumes of transactions efficiently, especially during busy summer sales periods when activity peaksHandle additional administrative tasks related to transaction processing and general office support as neededMaintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive financial information including commission structures and agent payoutsRequirements
