JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a People Operations Manager who is passionate about creating a supportive and dynamic work environment. You'll be the strategic partner who connects the dots between our business goals and the needs of our people.
Key Responsibilities and Impact :
Lead with Data : Use workforce data and turnover analysis to provide actionable insights that help leaders make smarter decisions about talent.
Build a Culture of Trust : Be the go-to resource for employees and leaders, providing clear communication and support on everything from policy updates to benefits questions.
Design for Impact : Oversee and enhance our benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are not just compliant but truly meaningful to our team members' lives and well-being.
Fortify Our Foundation : Act as our resident expert on compliance and risk, developing policies and systems that are both effective and secure. You'll represent our values in all external matters, including audits and labor concerns.
Specific Responsibilities
Planning
Lead workforce data analysis, turnover reporting, and insights to inform talent and resource planning.
Monitor team expenditures and resource allocation to support adherence to the departmental budget
Partnering and Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams on policy rollouts, process updates, and employee communications.
Rewarding
Oversee the proper execution of company-initiated and government mandated benefits.
Support and administer the employee compensation review process ensuring alignment with the company's compensation philosophy
Review and recommend enhancements to benefits programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Employee Data Management and Systems
Act as the main administrator of the company HRIS and other HR systems
Analyze employee survey and attrition data, and partner with leadership to turn insights into action
Risk and Compliance
Regulatory Changes Impacting the Business : Partner with HR, Legal and Compliance to assess impact of regulatory changes to both employment and privacy laws; document implementations plans, as appropriate to demonstrate compliance with requirements
People and Growth Policies, Standards & Procedures : Lead the development and implementation of process improvements and HR documentation standards.Support People and Growth Policies through documentation in accordance with the senior management and client expectations, and maintained annually through Rover.
Audits : Support for related audits where there is a need for HR. Responsible for DOLE and OSH audit reviews with Concierge.
Labor Concerns : Represent the company in all Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) matters, hearings, and compliance requirements.
Leadership
Act as an escalation point within HR Operations for non-standard data requests from Business Development and Engagement & Development teams
Educate stakeholders (People Success Partner team members and other functions) on effective conversations related to people data.
Work closely with the Organizational Excellence to define, and test operational People dashboards developed within that group
Requirements
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources or Business Administration. A Master's degree would be a great bonus.
Someone with at least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience , including 3-5 years in a leadership role within HR Operations. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are a natural problem-solver and a self-starter , able to manage global projects and drive them to completion with minimal direction.
You have a keen eye for detail and are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requests efficiently.
You are an excellent communicator , able to listen actively and present complex ideas clearly to anyone, regardless of their background.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and are a committed team player.
You're willing to work from our Makati City and / or BGC office at least once a week. Our standard work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
Bonus points if you have experience with change management methodologies and tools.
