Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions. This role also ensures effective implementation of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance processes to support the companys growth in the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with timekeeping, payroll processes, labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment : job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboardingProvide general HR support in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementationMaintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company standardsAdminister government-mandated benefits and coordinate with relevant agencies for compliance and reportingAssist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goalsSupport employee engagement initiatives, training, and development activities to enhance workplace culture and retentionPartner with department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutionsGenerate HR reports and metrics to monitor recruitment efficiency and overall HR performance
