JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetingsAssist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, follow-ups, and other related documentsCoordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operationsCollaborate to identify and implement process improvements in sales administrationEnsure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standardsPerform other administrative duties as required to support the Sales Department and the General Manager
