Warehouse Manager - SCommerce (Bulacan)

Job Title : Warehouse Manager – SCommerce (Bulacan)

Location : Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Manage various analyses – including cost / benefit, cost-optimization, delivery / returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
• Produce reports and statistics regularly : Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
