This is a remote position.
Job Highlights :
Contract : Independent Contractor
Schedule :
- Varying shift patterns and Flexible within 7 : 00am to 10 : 00pm GMT (Monday through Sunday).
- 5 days a week, 4 hours a day
- Monday to Friday, between 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm GMT for the first two weeks of training
Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and live chat while applying critical thinking to handle specific issues with confidence and going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer serviceMatch and reschedule bookings and promptly respond to general enquiriesLiaise with our network of beauty professionals to arrange and oversee customer bookings, including bespoke and group booking requestsDeal with PR & marketing requests for our celebrity / influencer and VIP clientsFollow standard procedures of escalation for unresolved issues and formal complaintsBe the voice for our customers by passing their feedback onto the relevant team around products, treatments, and overall booking experienceAssist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties, including updating logs with relevant informationBe proactive in learning about treatments and products to help our customers betterRequirements
Experience in a Customer Success, Support and / or Sales roleFriendly, engaging and clear communication, both written and spokenPassionate about building client relationships and acquiring "customers for life"Solution-driven mindset and being proactive in resolving all customer enquiries to improve their experienceAbility to prioritize tasks and queries, depending on level of urgencyA team player, with great work ethic and exceptional time management skillsFlexible to work evenings, weekends & overtimesExperience in using Zendesk, Excel & NotionPassion for all things beauty would be helpful, but not compulsoryBenefits
