What you'll be doing
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism
Accurately record customer information and update customer records
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
