Role Name : Healthcare Outreach Assistant
Schedule : 20+ hours per week)
Flexible hours (for the agent) anytime from Mon–Sun, 10 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM
Client Timezone : EST
Scope :
Starting at minimum 20 hours per week
Exclusively outbound calls to existing patients (no cold calling)
Calls made through Talkito app via Twilio service to display doctor's office numbers
Working with existing patient databases from established healthcare providers
Potential for expansion to full-time hours based on performance and business needs
Remote work environment with flexible scheduling options
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to existing patients from healthcare provider offices
Deliver a brief 20-second script to inform patients about the chronic care management program
Explain the virtual nurse service in a clear and reassuring manner
Deploy the virtual nurse system by clicking a button in the company's web platform after patient consent
Handle patient questions and concerns about the new program with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and deployment activities
Follow established scripts and protocols to ensure consistent messaging
Requirements :
Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting required
Healthcare or medical background
Fluent English communication skills with clear articulation
Western accent strongly preferred due to patient demographic and scam call concerns
Strong customer service orientation and empathetic communication style
Comfortable using web-based platforms and technology systems
Ability to handle conversations with elderly patients who may be cautious about new programs
Professional phone manner and ability to build trust quickly
