Job Summary As our General Services Utilities Engineering Officer , you will be responsible for maintaining the sound engineering condition of all our clinics and the Head Office.

You’ll lead the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all utility services — including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems .

From routine audits to emergency solutions, you’ll be a key figure in optimizing our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive field inspections of all clinics and the Head Office (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, sanitary).

Lead monthly audits and annual reports on utility services, ensuring adherence to engineering standards.

Oversee bidding and procurement processes for engineering-related services and items.

Develop and present proposals to enhance engineering systems and efficiency.

Organize and manage Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) including permits and vendor coordination.

Provide immediate response and solutions to utility-related emergencies.

Support communication with machine suppliers alongside the machine technician.

Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or a related field.

PRC Licensed Engineer (Board Passer) is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in design, construction, and / or facility management .
