The Head of Finance will lead the finance function in the Philippines location and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, reporting, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
Ensure legal requirements are met
Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
Able to work under tight deadlines for management accounts / reporting
Manage the audit process and ensure company’s financial records are in line with IFRS reporting standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred

Working experience in full-set accounting, corporate finance and management reporting

Mixture of audit firm and in-house corporate experience

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position

Strong management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Solution oriented

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
