Open for undergraduates
With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective resolution to issues.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improving service quality.
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems.
Perform additional duties and support various tasks as assigned to enhance team performance and overall service delivery.
