Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Operations Staff to support our daily online transactions and customer coordination. The role focuses on ensuring smooth processing of digital inquiries and renewals through the company’s website and online platforms. This position reports to the Digital Operations Officer and plays a key part in maintaining excellent service and accuracy in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online transactions and inquiries received through the company website and digital channels.
- Record and summarize daily activities and prepare simple reports.
- Coordinate with branch personnel and other departments to resolve customer or transaction issues.
- Ensure all information entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain orderly files and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
- Observe company policies on data confidentiality, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Participate in regular meetings and company activities as assigned.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
At least Senior High School graduate or College level (any field).1–2 years of experience in branch, clerical, or customer service work preferred.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.Comfortable using online communication tools and digital forms.Organized, dependable, and willing to learn new systems.Able to follow instructions, work accurately, and deliver results under supervision.Honest, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.What We Offer
