We are currently looking for a Junior Kitchen Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The Junior Kitchen Manager will support the senior kitchen management team in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with culinary experience who is ready to step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Kitchen Manager in supervising kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all dishes meet company standards in presentation, taste, and consistency.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with safety regulations.
Support in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and checking product quality.
