Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and manage reinsurance placements for the Philippines market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead renewal negotiations and support new business acquisition.
• Deliver tailored solutions across general insurance and reinsurance lines.
• Provide market insights, analytics, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.

Key Requirements

6+ years of reinsurance or general insurance broking experience.

Strong established network within the Philippines insurance market.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage both renewals and new business pipelines.
