HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that all HR processes and procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases

- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations

- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support

- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities

- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management

- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

- 1 year of experience in an HR role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
