Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree Holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of two years experience professional experience in corporate recruitment (direct) and HR vendor management (outsourced)
With above-average communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal). Has the ability to communicate with various level of management.
Willing to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Closely coordinates with hiring managers, operations team, and manpower agencies for direct and outsourced requests.
Conducts end-to-end recruitment for corporate recruitment.
Monitors training schedule and deployment
Act as the point person in attending queries in the area concerning to recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee discipline, and engagement, and channel it to the unit in charge.
