Finance Director & Finance Manager-CPA (Big 4 Auditing Firm / Healthcare Industry)

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting : preparing precise and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting : formulating and overseeing the company’s budget to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

Audit and Tax Compliance : making sure the company's financial statements are in compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.

Financial Analysis : analyzing and interpreting financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management for improving the company's financial performance.

Relationship Management : managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless functioning of finance and accounting operations.

Team Management : liable for managing accounting team and ensuring effective performance and development.

SAP Implementation : collaborates with external partners to efficiently manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work in Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu.

At least five (5) years experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.

Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting / Audit Firms or healthcare industries is highly preferred.

Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, with keen attention to detail and experience using ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.

Must be an effective team leader, capable of organizing and executing tasks under demanding conditions, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.

Must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Integrity and Ethics are essential for this role.

CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
