Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the
operation.
- Accomplishes the Basic / Further / Blast and Warehouse Operation’s Pre-Ops ,In-process and
Post Operations Daily Monitoring Forms needed for Production and makes corrective action for
any deviations identified such as but not limited to :
- Room Temperature (such as Lairage, Processing Rooms)
- Product Internal Temperature
- Chlorine concentration
- Foreign object
- Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and
Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.
- Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities
such Waste Water Treatment and Rendering Plants.
- Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
- Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
- Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for
his / her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his / her
immediate superior.
