Job descriptionStrong knowledge of auto loan processes and collections systems Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Goal-driven and proactive. Dynamic and can work well with all team members. Lead the Auto Loan Collections operations, overseeing accounts from early delinquency to recovery. Develop and implement effective collection strategies and process improvements. Monitor collection performance metrics and ensure achievement of collection targets. Recommend policy enhancements and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. Ensure strict compliance with internal collection policies and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Legal, Sales) to address customer issues and streamline resolutions. Guide and mentor a team of collection officers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Required Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
- Candidate MUST possess 20 years of working experience in the banking industry.
- o 20 years in Collections;
o At least 10 years combined experience in Auto Loans; and
o At least 10 years of supervisory / managerial roles
