Job Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative with a strong background in sales to join our growing team in Angeles City. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and actively contribute to sales and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers related to telco services (mobile, internet, postpaid / prepaid plans, etc.).
Provide prompt and accurate solutions to technical issues, billing concerns, and general inquiries.
Educate customers on available telco products, upgrades, and promotional offers.
Recommend suitable plans or services based on customer needs to maximize satisfaction and sales.
Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), first call resolution (FCR), and sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service delivery.
Stay updated on telco technologies, service changes, and new product offerings.
Qualifications :
At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a telco or BPO environment.
Strong communication and active listening skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to upsell, cross-sell, or retain customers.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity or device-related issues.
Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
