Job Requirements :
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 7-8 years BPO experience is an advantage
✨With at least 6 years’ experience in Quality management is a plus
✨With at least 3 years people management experience
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Process Management : Ensure strict compliance with the established Quality Framework for all existing processes and implement the same for any new ramp-ups.
✨Client Relationship Management : Participate in client engagement reviews and present quality performance reports to maintain transparency and strengthen partnerships.
✨Process Excellence : Lead both top-down and bottom-up initiatives to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
✨Process Control and Verification : Implement and monitor process verification mechanisms (e.g., transaction monitoring) and establish control measures to maintain process stability and consistent delivery.
✨Client Management : Review and analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance client satisfaction.
